Refund policy

General information:

Coconuttogo GmbH informs its customers in an appropriate manner whether and to what extent a right of return exists for defective goods. There is no statutory right of return. Orders placed through our online store cannot be returned or refunded.

If and to the extent that a right of return exists, Coconuttogo GmbH will inform customers about the timeframe and the procedure for exercising this right. We do not reimburse costs for returned goods. The shipping costs for the return delivery to the Coconuttogo warehouse must be borne by the customer. The shipping costs from the Coconuttogo warehouse back to the customer will be covered by Coconuttogo GmbH.

  • Gift

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@coconuttogo.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
