Terms of service

Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (hereinafter "GTC") are an integral part of all contracts, sales offers and/or orders to/with/from customers of Coconuttogo GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "us" or "our"), which refers to our GTC. No other general terms and conditions shall apply. Should individual clauses of these General Terms and Conditions conflict with clauses agreed by the parties in other contractual documents, the latter shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.

Prices

The prices for our products are the prices stated in our webshop (the "Prices"). The payment of VAT, taxes and customs duties is included in the shipping service.
 The final price includes the prices and any additional costs in accordance with the following conditions: For orders to customers located in Switzerland, shipping costs are included in the Final Price (Swiss Post). For orders to customers based outside Switzerland, VAT and customs duties are/are not included in the shipping costs.

Terms of payment
30 days after receipt of our invoice.

Guarantee and exchange

Coconuttogo GmbH informs its customers in a suitable form whether, and if so, to what extent a right of return exists for defective goods. There is no statutory right of return. Orders placed via our online store cannot be returned or refunded. 

Coconuttogo GmbH will inform customers, if and insofar as a right of return exists, within which period and how this right of return can be exercised. We do not refund any costs for returned goods. The shipping costs for the return delivery to the COCONUT TO GO warehouse are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs from the COCONUT TO GO warehouse back to the customer are borne by Coconuttogo GmbH.

Limitation of liability
Irrespective of the basis of the claim, we are not liable for the sale of our products, subject to the statutory provisions (in particular gross negligence and intent). Our liability for auxiliary persons is also excluded.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer will be notified of such changes electronically.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the customer and us are subject to Swiss law (to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG)). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
